Call Linda Pankake Wallenfang - Your Real Estate Expert!
Linda Pankake Wallenfang - Linda was born in Danville, Illinois, but moved with her family to South Carolina and Alabama before settling in Indiana at the age of 5. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Business Marketing and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma social sorority. While at Indiana University, Linda was a member of the singing group "Kappa Pickers" and was part of a USO tour in 1972 to Korea, Japan, Okinawa, Taiwan, Philippines, Guam and Iwojimi Island. Her work experience has included working in banking, personnel, newspaper advertising sales, and retail sales. In 1987 she got her real estate license in Douglasville, Georgia (Atlanta) and relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 1991 where she continued her real estate career. To further her career, Linda pursued the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations. Family is very important to Linda...she and her husband Peter enjoy boating, skiing, traveling and hot rod cars. Her daughter Carrie, son-in law Dan and grandaughter Eden live in Orange Park.
Linda advanced her way up to become the manager of an upscale real estate office in Jacksonville, overseeing an average of 30 agents as well as running every aspect of the every day operation of a business. Now returning to her roots, Linda is doing what she loves best...helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs through many years of experience. With a knowledgeable background in the sales, managerial and legal aspects of real estate, Linda is excited to extend those benefits on to her customers. Linda and her husband Greg reside in Orange Park, FL but her expertise extends over Northeast Florida. We are proud to have Linda as a part of The Pankake Team!
