Linda Pankake - Linda was born in Danville, Illinois, but moved with her family to South Carolina and Alabama before settling in Indiana at the age of 5. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Business Marketing and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma social sorority. While at Indiana University, Linda was a member of the singing group "Kappa Pickers" and was part of a USO tour in 1972 to Korea, Japan, Okinawa, Taiwan, Philippines, Guam and Iwojimi Island. Her work experience has included working in banking, personnel, newspaper advertising sales, and retail sales. In 1987 she got her real estate license in Douglasville, Georgia (Atlanta) and relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 1991 where she continued her real estate career.
To further her career, Linda pursued the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.
Family is very important to Linda. Her daughter, Carrie and son-in-law, Dan live in Orange Park, FL When she is not selling real estate, her number one passion is ball room dancing. In addition, she loves the beach, swimming, antiques, sports, and the mountains.
Scott Towe - Scott was raised in a small town in the North Georgia mountains - McCaysville. He graduated from Fannin High in 1974 and joined the Air force at age 17 where he served 10 years. After receiving an honorable discharge, he attended college and received an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting. He worked at the Anniston Army Depot in Anniston, Alabama and worked in the Process Engineering Branch where he was a Draftsman, Designer, and Computer Trainer. From there, he relocated to Green Cove Springs, FL where he was employed as a sales representative for three different car wash equipment distributors. In 2001, he and a business partner built and opened a car wash in 2001 located in Orange Park, FL. He became interested in Real Estate sales and joined Re/Max Specialists in 2001 and joined "The Pankake Team" in 2002 as a buyer specialist.
He and his wife, Denise, cat Lucy, and dogs Maggie and Misty live on a 2 acre home in the Lake Asbury area. They have two children, Heather and Jacob - both grown and on their own.
